How it goes, day by day

    Day 1

    Ahmedabad to Chandigarh by train

    Meet at Ahmedabad railway station and take an overnight train to Chandigarh.

    Day 2

    Chandigarh to Manali

    Arrive in Chandigarh and continue by tempo traveller to Manali. In the evening, enjoy a bonfire.

    Day 3

    Manali sightseeing and Jogini Waterfall

    Visit Hadimba Devi Temple, Vashisht Temple and hot springs, and Mall Road. Do the Jogini Waterfall trek, which is about 1.5 to 2 hours and easy. Spend the evening in Old Manali.

    Day 4

    Solang, Rohtang, Atal Tunnel, Sissu and Koksar

    Visit Solang Valley, Rohtang Pass subject to permit, Atal Tunnel, Sissu, and Koksar.

    Day 5

    Sajla Waterfall and Naggar

    Do the Sajla Waterfall trek, visit Naggar Castle, and optionally do paragliding at Dobhi at extra cost. Spend the evening in Old Manali.

    Day 6

    Kullu, Kasol and Manikaran

    Optionally do river rafting at Kullu at extra cost. Visit Kasol market, walk by the Parvati River, walk to Chalal village, and visit Manikaran Sahib. Leave for Chandigarh in the evening.

    Day 7

    Chandigarh sightseeing and return train

    See Rock Garden, Sukhna Lake, and Sector 17. Take the evening train to Ahmedabad.
